BEC-TV, (Bloomington Educational Community Television) has a two fold mission:

1. Create award winning programs with Bloomington’s schools and share these with the community in wide variety of platforms (Cable, Streaming, Social Media, & More)
2. Work with students volunteers to provide hands-on training and create a broadcast level production team experience.

BEC-TV, while part of the Boomington Schools, uses no school or tax money for any part of the operation.  All funding comes from Cable TV Franchise & PEG Fees, self generated income, and generous donations from community members who value our service.
